Local Color: The Artists of the Nanticoke River Arts
The Seaford Historical Society proudly presents the artists of the Nanticoke River Arts Council in an exhibit at the Seaford Museum featuring 22 local artists and including many of the works from the children’s art classes. A variety of mediums will be showcased, including oils, water colors, wood turnings, bird sculptures, jewelry, and other interesting artistic creations.
Local Color is open Thursdays – Sundays from 1:00 to 4:00 PM through September 29
Admission to the exhibit is $3, or see the exhibit and the rest of the Seaford Museum for $7.
Participating Artists and their accompanying family members are admitted to the exhibit free of charge.
The Webb Room, located in the Seaford Museum at 203 High Street, Seaford, holds changing exhibits. Exhibits rotate about three times a year, with our popular Holiday Train Exhibit coming back every winter.
Some artwork may be purchased directly from the artists. Contact information is available in the Webb Room.
