Photography Sessions

The Seaford Historical Society rents the grounds and interior of the Mansion for both amateur and professional photography sessions.

Amateur Photography:

Indoors: free with purchase of ticket, during open hours only

Outdoors: Free

Professional Photography:

Indoors: $50/hour

Outdoors: $25/hour

This is an historic site. To preserve the Mansion and grounds for future generations to enjoy, we ask that you follow these rules.

All sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Payment may be made online here, or by card, cash or check during operating hours. Do NOT Pay until the session has been approved.

Rental fees are non-refundable.

Equipment and props may not be affixed to buildings, fences, trees or shrubs without permission. Liability for damage to Seaford Historical Society property will be the responsibility of the photographer.

Leave the grounds as you found them.

Indoors: flash photography is not allowed. Large or heavy equipment or props are generally not allowed. No moving or use of furniture, decorations, or furnishings inside the Mansion is allowed.

Indoor amateur photography only during operating hours.
